Chris holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce Degree (Specialising in Accounting), is a Registered Tax Agent, Registered SMSF Auditor, Experienced Trust Account Auditor, and Member of the Institute of Public Accountants. With over 10 years in the field he has considerable technical background in auditing and focusses on consulting.
Joseph is a fellow member of the Institute of Public Accountants and Public Practice Certificate Holder. He has around 10 years’ experience in tax/accounting and continues to develop excellent trust account auditing skills. He is highly organised, prioritises work effectively and excels at exceeding targets and meeting deadlines. He has excellent communication skills with people at all levels within an organisation.
Glenn Witherspoon is an experienced auditor specialising in the review of legal trust accounts and community organisations. As an Approved Examiner for both the Law Society of New South Wales and the Law Institute of Victoria, Glenn is authorised to conduct trust account audits for solicitors and barristers, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory requirements. In addition, he has extensive experience auditing community organisations and school P&C associations, where he applies the same rigorous standards of accuracy, transparency, and accountability. Glenn’s practical expertise and commitment to integrity make him a trusted professional across a wide range of audit engagements.
Joey Fu is a highly accomplished auditor with extensive experience across government entities, listed companies, and not-for-profit organisations. A CPA, Registered Company Auditor, and Certified Information Systems Auditor, he has led audit teams through all phases of complex engagements, from planning and internal control assessment to final reporting.
Before joining A1 Audits, Joey held senior roles with the Office of the Auditor General and Armada Accountants & Advisors, where he managed large teams and delivered high-profile audit assignments. Notably, he designed and managed audit procedures for Optus Stadium’s fraud and payroll processes and controls, demonstrating his ability to handle complex and sensitive engagements with precision. His career also includes developing tailored audit frameworks, mentoring staff, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest professional standards.
